Services: software development for financial markets
With the team that built Fiva's data, API and analytics infrastructure, Fincode delivers exchange integration, algorithmic trading and financial data projects end to end, from analysis to production. Every project starts with a written proposal and proceeds with test reports; there is no profit guarantee and trading can result in losses.
Three core services
Exchange API integration
Who it is for: teams and fintech startups that want to add exchange data or order routing to their own application, bot or internal system. Scope: integration of orders, balances, positions and market data with the APIs (REST, WebSocket) of crypto-asset platforms and brokers that offer API access; security, logging and error handling. Which platforms can be used depends on the regulations of the client's country. Exchange API integration
Algorithmic trading
Who it is for: individual investors and institutions with a strategy whose entry and exit rules have been written down. Scope: systems designed to run around the clock with a strategy engine, risk limits, order management, logging and monitoring layers; backtesting and paper trading before go-live. Fincode does not sell ready-made bots and does not recommend strategies. Algorithmic trading
TradingView automation
Who it is for: users of TradingView alerts or strategies who want to turn their signals into orders on their own exchange account. Scope: a webhook bridge service with message verification, risk controls and notifications; orders are placed in the client's own exchange account. TradingView automation
Complementary services
Backtesting and simulation
Strategies are tested on historical data, taking commissions, slippage and order execution conditions into account, and validated in a paper trading account before going live. Past performance is not an indicator of future results. Backtesting process
Financial data and monitoring dashboards
Monitoring dashboards that collect exchange and fund data in real time, analyze it and deliver alerts via Telegram or mobile push notifications.
Financial application development
iOS and web applications for finance and investing, developed end to end from design to App Store and web release. The experience in this field was gained with Fincode's own product, Fiva.
Code review
The code of existing bots and integrations is reviewed; bugs, security and performance risks are reported, and improvements are made on request. Request a code review
How projects are run
Projects are run in four stages; the next stage begins once the client has approved the output of the previous one.
Discovery
The exchange or broker in use, the markets to be traded, the rules of the strategy and the risk limits are discussed; the API documentation of the relevant platform is reviewed. Deliverable: scope document.
Proposal and plan
The scope is turned into a written proposal with work items, delivery dates and cost. Deliverable: written proposal and project plan.
Development and testing
Development proceeds with interim deliveries; the strategy is tested first on historical data and then in a paper trading account. Deliverable: test report.
Go-live
The system is taken live in a controlled way and monitored closely during the initial period; support continues for maintenance and improvements. Deliverable: live system and documentation.
Working principles
- API keys
- Used with only the permissions required; Fincode does not request withdrawal permission; keys are stored encrypted.
- Testing
- No untested strategy goes live; risk limits and trade logging are enabled by default.
- Profits
- No profits are promised; strategy and investment decisions remain with the client, and trading can result in losses.
Which service fits my project?
Algorithmic trading is suitable for running a strategy with defined rules automatically; exchange API integration for adding market data or order routing to an existing application; TradingView automation for turning TradingView signals into orders. If the scope is not yet clear, it is defined together in the initial consultation.
How is a proposal prepared?
The scope is clarified in the initial consultation and a scope document is prepared; work items, delivery dates and cost are turned into a written proposal. Development starts once the proposal has been approved.
Can an existing bot or integration just be reviewed?
Yes. Code review is offered as a separate service: the code of existing systems is reviewed; bugs, security and performance risks are reported, and improvements are quoted separately on request.
Is there support after go-live?
Yes; after go-live, support continues for maintenance and improvements. Outages caused by the exchange, the server or the connection cannot be ruled out entirely; monitoring and emergency-stop mechanisms are put in place for this reason.
